TEST SHOOT VS. PRODUCTION PHOTOSHOOT

Photoshoots are intended for photographers/videographers, social media content creators, influencers, artists, and groups of 8 or fewer who are conducting sessions such as content creation, portraits, boudoir, mini sessions, product sessions, and branding.

Production photoshoots are designed for groups a max of 15, if you have a large family photoshoot, fashion shoot with multiple staff members and or larger projects such as music videos and videography.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All reservations are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 2 days in advance. We understand that emergencies may occur, so please notify us as soon as possible so we can better accommodate your situation.

CLEAN UP

We kindly ask that you maintain the cleanliness of the space and leave it as you found it. Please respect the space by not dragging any furniture, disposing of garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins, and sweeping if necessary. A cleanup fee may be charged if the space is not adequately cleaned at the end of your session. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the studio or its equipment during the rental period.

We do not permit the use of glitter or paint, as these substances are difficult to clean and remove.

We do not allow pets in the studio.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Renters are not required to have insurance, but they are responsible for any damages or fees incurred. A card must be kept on file for liability purposes.

Blume Haus is equipped with video surveillance to ensure security, protect property, and maintain the safety of renters, clients, and staff.
