Booking and Payments

Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance, through our online booking system, this will ensure we have your information on file for liability and future bookings.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Payment: Full payment is required before the rental period begins. Blume Haus will automatically charge the remaining balance with your card on file.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed if notified at least 2 days in advance and must be used within 6 months but we do not refund cancellations.

Usage and Conduct

Check-In and Check-Out: Clients are required to check in and out at the specified times, please book enough time for your session including setting/cleaning up. Late check-out fees are enforced.

$50/photoshoot $75/production photoshoot, one time fee in overtime into another reservation

Late Fee Clause

Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. A late fee of $10 per 5 minutes will be charged for any time beyond the booked period unless previously arranged. If there is no booking immediately after yours, you are welcome to extend your session at a rate of $50 per hour for photoshoots and $75 per hour for production shoots.

Studio Access: Access to the studio is granted only to the booking party and listed amount of persons in your group. A member of our staff will check you in and ensure you have any add ons ready to use.

Respect for Studio + Equipment: Clients must handle all studio equipment with care. Any damages or loss must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

$50 for any minor cleaning or repainting

$200 for any excessive cleaning or repainting

Any damage to the floors, windows, doors will be determined

Cleanliness: Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition they found it. This includes disposing of garbage in the appropriate bins, sweeping if necessary, and not dragging furniture. A cleanup fee may be charged if the space is not adequately cleaned.

Liability and Insurance

Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to the studio or its equipment during their rental period.

Insurance: While not required, we recommend clients to carry liability insurance or hold the studio harmless in the event of any incidents.

Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: Certain activities may be prohibited, such as using glitter, paint, or any materials that are difficult to clean or may damage the studio.

Illegal drugs and substances, loaded firearms, open flames, paint, and permanent markers are not allowed in the studio.

Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are allowed in the studio but to prevent spills and damages, please do not eat and drink while using furniture and the boudoir room.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the amount of people on your reservation are allowed in the studio. Any more than specified on your reservation will be subject to production rates. $100 additional rate.

Security and Surveillance

Video Surveillance: Our studio uses video surveillance for security, protecting property, and ensuring the safety of clients and staff. Clients are informed of this via signage and rental agreements.

Privacy: Cameras are not placed in private areas such as restrooms or changing rooms to respect client privacy.

Damage and Loss Clause

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to Wild Love Pursuit LLC + Blume Haus or its equipment during their rental period.

Prohibited Activities Clause

The use of glitter, paint, or any other materials that are difficult to clean or may cause damage to the studio is strictly prohibited.
